When ever I come to this branch I wish I don't have to come again unfortunately some time I have to come here because of other people always long line rude teller and very slow
The longest lines by far! And it gets further irritating when 2-3 suits standing around doing nothing point out there's an ATM ....gee thanks for the help!!

Then when you do get to a teller it's like going through airport security just to deposit money in your own account!
All I can say is this bank is beyond horrible and wish I could rate it lower. Where do I start?
Not to mention tellers have made deposits in wrong accounts on more than one occasion because I have six different accounts..... even when my deposit tickets are clearly filled out! Plus not to mention they whack you for fees for any and everything ....Anddddd only major bank I know of in Meriden that has just one .....ONE branch!! Peoples, Wells Fargo, TD north ....all have multiple branches in Meriden.
Only reason I haven't switched out yet is I need the time to figure out how to balance and reconcile all those accounts
The young man in the drive thru , was excellent helped me tremendously . .very pleased . So they know who he is , was working on 2/12/2015, at 1:00pm.thank you for all your help . .
Most poorly managed bank I've ever been to in my life stay away from E. Main St. lines out the door two people helping that's it really. Crappy crappy place and crappy service
