"Manager" assured me that the refund will go through in a day or 2. Still waiting. I am not going to even bother to call him again.
My positive experience began from reservation, through the moment the Rental Agent came to pick me up at home, to the signing out of the car to the point of drop off. Best service for a rental car location I have encountered in a while. They get you in and out in a heartbeat. Very professional and caring staff. I will definitely return if someone hits my car again putting it in the shop.

Poor customer service from the beginning to the end. It's been more than a week that I tried to have them refund me the extra money they made me pay.
