Awful job by the touchless car wash today. I swear my car looked worse when it was done then before I went in. It was like the machine missed the whole bottom panels of my car and never came close to drying my windows. $10 wasted. Never again.
Nothing like swishing around dirty water onto your car. Let's not forget pushing the stop button and the charge just keeps on charging
I haven't been doing much car washing lately but I was driving by and wanted to remove some built up dirt from this wintery weather. It's a beautiful car wash. You can actually use your credit card at the self wash but the only downfall is there's a $15 hold from the moment you swipe but if you use your credit card you can take as long as you like just pay attention to how much your being charged. It does display the cost so far going up I believe something like ten cents every ten seconds or so. Overall the self wash was great it has all the settings you needs. They even have an air dryer though I must say the air pressure was horrible. Nice place. I definitely will go back to have try out a full service wash!
The touchless automatic SUCKS. I usually always go somewhere else and their touchless does an amazing job, but, thought i was in the area and give this place a try.. I paid 5.99 for the touchless at the other place and 10.00 for this and it is like comparing apples to oranges. My car hadnt been washed in a month, but, shouldn't matter. I complained, got the $18 package then. I came out, my rims were dirty and the lower car strip still dirty. I told the guy it was better, but he needed to improve his customer service skills, as he mentioned he washed his car weekly, and implied I should wash my car more. this has only happened to me once before, and the place took care of me, no questions asked. ECT. I thanked the guy at this place, got in my car and drove away.I won't be going back here!
Went to this car wash today and not only did the wash not clean good like all the other car washes I've been through, but the vacumes never turned on and took the $2. There was no one there to give me a refund or fix the machine just a guy detailing a car who gave me a number to the owner who was no help at all. He offered to refund my $2.00 but not offer me a complimentary wash or discount. Poor customer service to blame it on the kind of bird poop. Never going here again! Expensive and not worth it!
