There's always someone there to greet you upon entering and to answer any questions. They help me find everything I'm looking for and will stay with me throughout my entire time in the store if i needed them to. The only issue i had was that the managers aren't uniform with policies. One manager would give me online offers that they didn't offer in store and reduced the price of a stained shirt i wanted, another manager would not go by online offers and did not take a % off a stained shirt, maybe because it was already on clearance? That didn't matter to me as there were no more of that same item to choose from. Overall, my experiences at this store are positive.
What part of "all" does Victoria's Secret not understand? It was deceitful and a waste of my time. I nearly completed my purchase anyway because I didn't want to have to spend the time elsehwhere finding panties that fit well, but decided against promoting a company that relies on lying as a sales technique.
Perfect! So I spend an hour picking over the styles (it's the end of the semi-annual sale and everything is pretty picked through), and find about 15 pairs that I'm happy with. I take them up to the cashier who rang them up and found that only 2 are coming up with the sale price (even though I ended up getting them all from the same table - right next to the sign). I asked her why there was a discrepancy, at which point another girl came up and offered to see where i gotten them from. I showed her, and said, "the sign says all pink panties." To which she responded, "it says select styles."
Upon arriving at the store, I see a sign out front stating the exact same thing.
I used to LOVE this store. After shopping in VS across the US and in France, this is the store that finally convinced me to open a credit card with them, and I've consistently spent several hundred dollars each season with the them.
To be fair, I have worked in many retail stores before, and I understand the tips and tricks of "driving the sale." This was not one of them.
I received an "insider's email" from VS stating that "ALL PINK PANTIES JUST $3.99." Awesome deal! I made a special trip to the mall so I could stock up as my personal panty collection was looking a little haggard.
