Love this store. Has just about everything you could ask for and the people who work there are as helpful and nice as can be.

Waited 15 min. to have a $3.00 coupon verified.Supposedly, the expiration date was printed wrong on the coupon. Next, tried to buy a $75.00 purse marked down by 79% off, &clerk was charging me 19.99. I told her that wasn't right. She called manager, who told her the sale.was "up to " 79%. I retrieved the sign & showed it to clerk. She again called.the manager, who at that point told the clerk to call another manager because she didn't know what to do at that point. Needless to say, it was a very aggravating experience and wasted a lot of time. I must say, both clerks were very nice & apologetic.
Very disappointing shopping experience. Bought a pair of pants and the clerk left the security tag on. Returned the next day from out of town to have it removed. The first 3 service desks were not staffed at the 4th desk I found two clerks working. When I told them of my situation they were unfriendly and gave me a whopping additional 15% off which amounted to just over $3.00. BIG DEAL!!!!!
We are so lucky to have this store in the Meriden mall now. I had never heard of it before but I haven't stopped going since it opened. They have the best prices of all the chain stores in all of the malls. Someone is always around to assist and you can find absolutely anything you need.
