They are very understanding and compassionate. They really helped ease the pain during the hard times. Made a payment plan with one of my friends so she didn't have more stress. Nice little chapel for the viewing. Rooms to the side in case it's too much and need to get away for a minute.
Patrick was the person who helped us and he was patient and kind. It is never easy to make arrangements and know what is supposed to be done. The service provided was not just professional, but Ferry's cared to make sure things went smoothly and there was nothing we had to worry about. We were able to honor our loved one the way she would have wanted. Everything was taken care of to a "T". Thank you so much!
They personal was fine, the service they provided was fine. ......But if I had it to do all over again, I would go someplace else. The price was much higher than other places, I even found it for half of the price. My recommendation... Search on google ...
Burying a loved one is never easy. Recently we had to bury one of my family members here. Throughout the whole process, these people were professional and sensitive. Everything was coordinated in advance and the service was beautiful and moving. Now if only their prices were just a little lower, but burials are expensive no matter who you use.
