My fiancé and I had a great experience at Kay's. we went to just look at wedding bands not expecting to buy any that day. We met with one of their employees Mary who helped us look at some. There was never any pressure to buy and she was very attentive to what we were looking for. We happened to find great rings for a great price. Mary also helped us pick out necklaces for our brides maids. I highly recommend them for their quality customer service and jewlery.
I bought a diamond ring for my wife for which i paid 1700$, it only lasted for 5 months!!! One of the diamonds fell out of the ring. After paying this much for the ring, if diamond comes out of the ring within a year you can think of the quality. When i went back to store with complain they did replace diamond free of cost. But was it really free!!! Not really, They charged me 80 dollars in the name of labor cost. Obviously it was an indirect way of charging customers. Will never go again to Kay and neither i recommend anyone to go their.
just bought an engagment ring for my girlfriend, it wasnt the right size so we brought it back to get sized correctly. About two weeks later the ring comes in and it is all twisted and bent! looks nothing like how it should! so we ordered a new ring to be made in her size, but apparently it has to be sized twice before it fits...never heard of that before...so we kept the ring that was bent just so she can have a ring for christmas time. well,we get back home from the jewlers that same night, and the stone pops right out! My fiance is very upset and now we have to wait two months for our ring...very poor service and very unpleasant employees to talk too!
