Terrible very rude the employees went on lunch breaks of over an hour long having us wait on hard seats and a ride secutty guard

Not a good experience. the worker seemed annoyed, spoke to me in a demeaning and condescending manner. He refused to let me speak with another worker or supervisor stating he was the only worker and his office did not employ a supervisor. I will follow up with my state rep as no one should be spoken to in way this individual spoke to me,
