Lexi was a refreshing end to a very long and excruciating experience to our adventure buying a German Shepherd from Gentle Jungle. After finally buying said German shepherd yesterday she will be the only reason we would step foot in that store ever again.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Don't give them a single cent, they treat ALL of their animals like trash. Hamsters, guinea pigs, other small animals crowded in cramped, mixed-sex cages with not even a single house to hide in or toy to chew on. All of the betta fish and frogs were dead, and the puppies are in tiny, wired cages with nothing soft to lay or stand on. Some cages even had 3 together.
I just purchased an Italian Greyhound at this pet store and couldn't be happier. I made numerous visits to the store, it was always very clean with the animals well looked after, the employees were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Darcy was a wealth of information about tips for caring for my new dog. I named my IG "Sonny", he is very healthy according to my Vet, and has a great temperament. I followed Darcy's instructions on training and there has not been one accident so far. I would definitely recommend this pet store. The first time I went there with my son and my soon to be daughter in law to fill out paperwork to finance this puppy we dealt with Brooke ( talk about rude with no hope in site of being customer friendly) she was far beyond rude and obnoxious! My best friend went in on Sunday and was filling out the paperwork for financing to help my son buy the pup when she was told that she didn't qualify ( which if you don't already know that their financing is something I doubt anyone will qualify for) she has a credit score of over 900 so that should tell you something about that scam.

Even though we only met you and we're there for a short time the experience was a joyful one and I will make sure that anyone I know who is looking for a pet to tell them to call first to make sure your there to help them! This place is horrendous for any type of animal you could look for, and needs to change their ways or be shut down. Please do NOT support this store at all.

I'm actually kind of sad Brooke wasn't working yesterday when I brought my girlfriend back to Gentle jungle because I would have actually said something about her customer service skills while my girlfriend handed over her credit card to pay for the pup! She is a nasty, verbally sarcastic, mean spirited piece of trash who thinks she's better than the people around her. But I have a surprise for her that puppy has more personality and class than she will ever have in her lifetime!
I just bought a female yorkie from gentle jungle this past week. It was the best experience for my kids and I. The staff was very helpful. The owner Pete was amazing. He answered all my questions I had. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a pet!
