They are rude. And VERY slow at the counter. Extremely rude on phone.
Joe was helpful in resolving a lost package when a carrier put the key to a parcel locker in someone else’s box. He actually followed thru and called me when he corrected the error. We all make mistakes, it’s how the mistake is handled that’s important. Thanks Joe!
