I purchased a HP Envy x360 And misplaced my charger. Went into the Meriden store and asked the salesperson if what I grabbed was the right one and he told me he didn’t know and I’d be better off looking for it on Amazon. Associate of the Year right there....
Bought something here and spent over 30 mins on the phone called twice and was just on hold the whole time never got to speak to somebody got fed up as I could've been to the location and on my way back by now so I gave up and just had to go to the store. 0 customer support you will have a hard time if you buy something from here and have a problem with it.
I bought a laptop at bestbuy after going to two stores and inquiring about it. Both stores informed me that this laptop would be pen capable. After two months of having this laptop and not being able to find a pen to work with it, I read on public forums that the laptop was not pen capable and that others were told the same thing by bestbuy. I have a computer that does nothing that I wanted it to do. Thanks bestbuy
way better best buy then the one in my town selection wise, not nicer but who cares.
very rude and no one is ever on the same page there. you get one person telling you one thing and another person telling you another thing. FIGURE IT OUT PEOPLE YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE A TEAM IN THE STORE! GET IT TOGETHER! thank you!
