The African American young man is your best bet in this store. He is very informative and gives out good info on everything you need or ask. Everyone else is "iffy" to say the least. Their manager Scott will also give you good service I guess. However, what kept me from giving them better rating is due to the fact that the girl and the other short guy that work there are not very good at customer service. The girl just seems too lazy and the short guy comes off as a bit rude and he literally did not want to add an add-on on our plan while we bought the phones that day etc, during the set up we asked him to add the Canada-Mexico unlimited and he literally said he was not going to do it because he didn't want to. The African American guy did it without a problem the following day. Depending on who answers the phone will depend how friendly and good service you will get too. So keep this in mind if you go there any time soon.
Switched over from T-Mobile and didnt have to put anything down for my iPhone 8s the manager Alice and the young lady that helped me were awesome i highly recommend this store..
I'm so happy I made the switch from Verizon to Sprint. I'm saving money with 3 more lines, each have UNLIMITED data, I was able to keep my # & all the info from my old phone is now on my new phone including my text messages! Rashad & Scotty were extremely helpful, informative & efficient. I highly recommend seeing what they have to offer.
Switched over to sprint from Verizon and came to a warm and friendly staff. I was greeted by Reina and Alice the store manager they told me exactly what i was going to pay i received my first bill and it was actually less than what they told me. I recommend this place very professional if anyone needs a phone this is the place to go. Very Happy with my service.
