I was quoted for 800 dollars... it ended up costing almost 1000.
After providing several photos of both homes and furniture, Amy told me I would need to hire a lawyer.
They showed up 2 hours earlier than the window provided, had not secluded my pets, asked them to please wait outside, 1 minutes later a young kid rang the doorbell- to use the bathroom causing my cat to run away.
They did an excellent job in moving my things in. It was snowing, and it didn't even phase these guys. They were the friendliest group and I would recommend them to anybody.
Nearly 2 months later, several calls and emails later, they offered to come fix the furniture themselves or send me a check for 50 dollars. (I spent more in boxes from them for that.)
I called them to discuss and the receptionist, Amy was very rude. I called 3 times and sent several emails with no resolution. Every time I called, Amy provided me with a different answer and questioned the damage.
creepy hackers!! they destroyed the walls in my condo and i got hit with a $1,500 bill! save your self the money and aggravasion and find someone else!
My move mainly consisted of boxes and minimal furniture. However, they damaged 4 pieces of my furniture: 2 dressers, a desk, and a piece of my patio furniture.
Terrible experience.
They also damaged my the walls in both my current home and the home I moved out of.
Best Move Ever! I've moved six times within Connecticut. Little John's was extremely careful with all my furniture and belongings and very effiicient! The crew worked as a team and quickly relocated my household items from my old home to my new one and at such a reasonable final cost.
