Stay away from this company. Very unreliable. Got my stuff 2 days after it should be delivered. Wouldn't recommend to my friends.
The Meriden CT facility of NEMF is terrible. Please don't ship anything using this facility, unless you don't care about what your shipping and don't care at all about how long it takes to be shipped. My package was supposed to arrive in 2 days (that's what I paid for), it took SIX, and that was with me calling everyday 3 times a day tracking it, speaking with management (who didn't want to speak with me and never returned my calls) there was excuse after excuse, no one cares or is held acountable for their job. I even called corporate to discuss how disappointed I was and asked for a refund on the 2 day shipping, again I was given excuses and got no where. Please use a different shipping company for all your large freight shipping needs.
One hand not talking to the other internally resulted in delivery not being made.
