Well at least thus year 1 - 1 of them many animals on display has colored eyes... Oh joy!! That was nice to see. I hope that (girl) whoever did that didn't get fired..lol.

The park is beautiful all year round, birds to feed, play area for kids, HIKING TRAILS GALORE!! Castle Craig as well!! Awesome!

I'm sorry no pics today, but if you head on over you will see the Christmas lights. Unfortunately they are lacking in imagination. They are still put up in the same places as they have been as they have been for the past what 15-20 years. Come on how hard is it to move them around a little?

I've been coming here since I was a child and now I bring my daughter. Its a great place to hang out. There's tons of space. The lake can be pretty dirty sometimes though. People dont seem to know what trash cans are. Hiking trails cover the mountain side leading up to the castle. Daffodil festival and similar events are held here annually.

Well on a More positive note Hubbard Park IS a Great place to bring your kids show them them the lights. Come spring and summer the play scape is awesome fun for them. And yes for you moms and dads and grandparents out there there is a public restroom. Although I'd bring bring some Lysol wipes with me... Ya never know right...

I grew up in Meriden and Hubbard Park hasn't changed a bit. Well maintained and families can do so much. Swimming pool, grills and picnic tables and nice shaded area.. It was nice to see that it was still what I remember it as..

Come here every once in a while with my children. The playscape is vey nice, some trees in the area for shade would be better. The water looks nice at first, but when you look closer you can see all the disgusting garbage. Dogs are allowed in this park, but garbage cans are far and wide. Not all dog owners are going to bring their dog's waste across the park to throw it away.

Holidays are the best!!! Festival of Silver Lights every year!! Free and very fun!
