Most recent trip: Junior bacon cheeseburger came without bacon, and the 4 piece chicken nugget only had 3 nuggets. Order was fresh though.
Cashier screwed up orders at will, staff nor manager seemed to care that the line was 10 deep as it took 3 people to correct several mistakes on the same order. The customers time isn't valued and an attitude included with a lame apology didn't make the experience any better.
Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to correct mistakes when made. Good food, good prices, and you honestly can't beat the 4 for $4. However, often it seems the bathrooms are rather messy, sometimes looking like they hadn't had a thorough cleaning in days, so I have to dock a star for that. Otherwise though, highly recommend this restaurant.
Last four trips though were good. Order was correct and fresh all 4 times.
Decent burger. Kind of wished I had gone to the Jake's next door.
It's a pretty typical Wendy's just make sure you check your order because they definitely "forgot" something.
