Just had the pleasure of bringing my daughters dog Bongo to PetSmart and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sarah in the Grooming center was very polite and offered tons of advice. She went above and beyond to keep me informed about our dog and took the time to explain things. I couldn't be more happy with the service provided and recommend everyone to visit this location.
I LOVE the grooming staff here. I can do everything with my dog except his nails. The staff here calmed him down and, now, he can even have his nails grinded after having bad experiences elsewhere. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for all of your grooming needs!
Sebastian gave my puppy her first bath. He was great! My was so clean and smells great! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your fur baby here!!
I used to love this place but the staff changed and the new staff think they could change the policy, they are all horrible they don't care for the pets, not professional at all. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you don't care for your pet.
This Pet Smart IS AMAZING. I will always bring my pups back here. The staff cares about them, and always does a tremendous job grooming.
