Great staff, meant well. Bought a bike ended up with problems that they weren't unable to fix do to there lack of experience. In the long run had to traded in for another bike and that bike also has problems, and once again do to there lack of experience although we have a 60 day warranty I will not bring it back to be serviced.
Great place!! With great people who truly work with you to get you what you want. Israel was the guy who helped me get the bike I wanted!
The worst experience I have had at a bike shop in a long time. My husband and I drove all the up to Meriden to look at a motorcycle he was eyeing online. We had arrived with the intentions to purchase the motorcycle that day. Well, the service, or lack of, drove us to leave. We walked around outside for roughly 10 minutes, then went inside for another 10-15 minutes and NOT ONE PERSON even acknowledged us. No one said hello or even that they would be with us in a minute. I am so utterly disgusted and appalled I made my husband leave. I felt bad because he was ready to make a purchase and go home with a motorcycle. Needless to say, we will never be back again.

Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Eric was polite, respectful, and courteous but most importantly it was genuine. Seemed like a guy trying to get you what you wanted vs. a guy trying to sell you something. He was negotiable on price and parts. I feel like I got a great deal riding away on my new R6. I will def be back. The only thing I would say needs improving is returning phone calls. But it was peak season as well and they are busy for a reason!
