dirty rug. Dirty bathroom. Breakfast sausage made me very sick for 3 days Ice in parking lot not treated. Noisy party in the lobby late. Will not be back.
I am a Choice hotel preferred member and typically stay in these hotels when I travel. It was apparent that this particular hotel was dated and needs to be spruced up. Although the rooms were clean, the carpet was in need of a replacement, the bathroom sink was a sink only, (no countertop) and the lighting in the bathroom was poor (even when the flickering light above the mirror was working). Lastly, the AC did work, but not very effective. It would cycle on and off throughout the night, waking me up every time in would start up out complete the cycle. The front desk personnel were helpful and professional. I would consider staying again, as long as they make the upgrades.
The hotel is in a great area. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms were clean and orderly. It was very cold when I stayed the night, so the heat and blankets were comfy! Breakfast spread was the usual.
The room was very clean, wifi was free and fast, excellent service overall. Staff was friendly and available at any time. Overall a great experience
Affordable business hotel located near all major highways. Convenient to restaurant and shopping. Comfortable rooms offering business services, Wi-Fi, fax and more. Many restaurants deliver. Newspapers, soft beds, safe available, cable tv, coffee, plenty of parking and great staff who have great customers service.
