Location good for Oakdale Theater.. too very dark.... lights in room didn't have bulbs.. (only 1 worked) coffee machine did not work.. staff were cordial. .. overall not bad for a quick overnight stay
But overall it was a great.
I came in last minute,no reservations and extremely late! The overnight manager was very understanding,helpful, polite, attentive and professional! Thank you So much!
This hotel is an embarrassment to the holiday inn express brand. The rooms and common areas are falling apart, there are large stains all over the lobby carpet, my room had a leaking shower, a damaged towel rack, and a dresser that wouldn’t stay closed.
The breakfast is good though, roughly in line with a Hampton inn
Large spacious rooms. Attentive and friendly staff both at checkin and breakfast buffet.. Scope for improvement - vent fan in the restroom was too loud. Should have separate switches for the lights and vent fan with an option for night lamp. Walkways should be sound proofed better. Pool area felt more like a sauna.
Big rooms , great staff, great breakfast nice pool will be back for sure
